Of all the cover version of this beautiful Leonard Cohen's classic, this one is my favorite.

Performed by Rufus Wainwright, I thought the song HALLELUJAH is perfect for this lenten season. Hest interpreted the song in a melancholic but very uplifting way.

American singer-songwriter Jeff Buckley (who also covered the song) says, "the song is like a tiny capsule of humanity, the lyrics and the melody are just incredible.... It's one of the greatest songs ive ever heard."
