OH MY GABE!....

Before Charice Pempengco and Joseph Vincent hit the spot in the music scene, theirs this guy named GABE BONDOC that is equally talented like them and has a huge following in Youtube.

Bondoc is a full blooded Filipino singer- songwriter from San Mateo, California. He is known for his clever yet simple lyrics, catchy melodies, soothing voice and amazing guitar skills. He composes his own original songs as long as wonderful covers of a lot of music that is popular today.

If you love listening to slow jams ala John Mayer or just some relaxing music like Jason Mraz then you should also listen to him.

Currently, I am totally being moved by some of his cover songs. The great thing on him is that even the most up-beat songs or the ones that are considered a head-bangin' tune, when he covered it, become very soft and like melodic to the ear.

FALLING FOR YOU (Colbie Caillat original)

YOUR SMILING FACE (James Taylor original)

IS THIS LOVE/SUNDAY MORNING

If you like listening to B.O.B.'s Nothing On You featuring Bruno Mars then you might also want to hear this.

Check out RAQUEL CASTRO's cover of the song which was actually pretty good...She has a very sweet voice and is only 16 years old!

You may recognize Castro from her role in the movie “Jersey Girl“ as Gertie, the daughter of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez. She won a Young Artist Award for the Best Performance in a Feature Film - Young Actress Age Ten or Younger.
