DAVID FANNING: DRINK YOU AWAY
...I thought I liked the original, but I have fallen in love with this DAVID FANNING version. Much more raw and with a bonus of being in perfect key for sing-alongs. Can't wait to hear more music from this dude!!

HAIM: XO
HAIM perform a cover of Beyonce's "XO" in the BBC Live Lounge...This sounds so dream pop. I was almost wishing it wasn't a cover.

MILEY CYRUS: WHY'D YOU ONLY CALL ME WHEN YOU'RE HIGH
MILEY CYRUS sang an acoustic cover version of Arctic Monkeys' “Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High?” from her MTV Unplugged performance. Honestly speaking, I really liked her interpretation of the song! She didn't stick to a note-by-note cover. Her version of the ending really made me feel the frustration of having your loved one always calling in that state of mind. It's a punch and it makes you take notice, if only for her voice and not her stage moves. :D
